1771 This date is supported by p.8 of Genner, where we also learn that this Society was founded by Johan Clemens Tode (1736-1806), who was also involved in the founding of several other Copenhagen societies: Københavnske Medicinske Selskab (1772-1872), Societas Exercitatoria Medica (1774-1785), and Societas Philiatrica (1787-1791). Other information on the history of this Society is given on pp.8-12 of Genner.
The Society does not appear to have published any journals.
